John Vickers is a native of Charlotte, which gives him an advantage while assisting his clients, as he is intimately familiar with not only Charlotte's landscape, but its industries and infrastructure.

After a previous career in Law Enforcement, John began his Real Estate career in 2000 and joined the Keller Williams SouthPark office in 2003. When KW Commercial first launched in 2008, John was extensively involved in commercial transactions.  It was only fitting that John joined the Commercial Division upon its conception.

  His strengths include superior communication skills and navigating through difficult negotiations. Passionate about the business, John's goal is to be able to help his clients buy, sell, lease, or invest in commercial real estate with confidence and assurance.  “One of the most rewarding aspects of Commercial Real Estate” John says, “is helping to launch new businesses as well as aid in the expansion of existing businesses.”  He understands how the right location is crucial to the success of any business, and takes a personal interest in assuring the success of his clients.   

 While away from work, John enjoys attending his alma mater, Appalachian State’s football games, cooking, boating, all things beach (especially the music), and is a die hard Panthers fan!  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Gaye, and his daughter Candace

Vince Vickers, a native Charlottean, has watched Charlotte grow from a population of 211,000 to 800,000 over the years and has a sound understanding of the growth markets within the city.  This fact along with his business experience and commitment to market analysis, gives him the ability to best serve his client’s need.

Vince received a Masters of Accounting from UNC and started his career as a tax accountant.  He has augmented his business acumen through many years of entrepreneurial experience and with a commitment to continuing his education having received certificates in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis (IIBA) and Project Management.  

Most recently, Vince managed a real estate holding company whereby he negotiated leases and buy/sale agreements along with managing tenant expectations.   He is a versatile project manager with a proven track record of designing well-balanced solutions to complex challenges in entrepreneurial and corporate settings.  He is an experienced negotiator and highly adept at closing deals through effective integration of planning, risk management and collaborating with stakeholders. He has strong financial and business analysis skills with a focus on asset management and returns on investment.  He possesses a sound understanding of tax law and the net tax effect surrounding what-if scenarios

Vince hails from a large family that never misses an opportunity for a celebration.  He enjoys cooking for the family get-togethers and enjoys all the jocularity that ensues.   He also enjoys hiking in the mountains, playing music and watching his Panthers win.
